This firm shall implement necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data (the deletion of personal data by this firm shall not constitute “loss” as used herein). This firm shall also exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over its attorneys and employees who handle personal data. In the event that the handling of personal data is outsourced in whole or in part, this firm shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourced parties.
